Is there any sexier than a Man doing bootcamp exercises? Dong is probably one of the few guys there in Pinoy Showbiz who could pass a rigorous bootcamp test. The rest are going to be panting like dogs after 1 push-up *ahem*RichardGutierrez*ahem*. I guess we can conclude that Dingdong Dantes is mentally, and physically fit and healthy.

Getting a desirable physique needs to be vigorously worked on and goes hand in hand with a well-balanced diet. DD definitely made his mark as the world 3rd sexiest man through his regular training and workouts. I don’t think Marian does the same, yet sobrang sexy pa rin niya. But she needs to if she wants to maintain her whistle-bait figure and well-defined curves.
