All Out Press Support For Marian Rivera

Thank God there are still decent people in Pinoy Showbiz Press. They’re all defending Marian Rivera against the vile of Alex Brosas after he posted another vile and manipulated story against Marian.

Before I am accused of not getting my story straight regarding the non-existent alleged magazine with Dingdong Dantes and RR in the cover, I was referring to an editorial magazine. What that lady apparently had was a Stairway To Heaven promo. There’s a big difference. Anyhoooo, some writers have defended Marian against this new incident.

“Just to give you a brief background, bumisita po ang Darna sa Japan last November 21 to 23. Napakarami pong taong dumating. Diretso po si Mark Anthony (Fernandez) and Marian sa Japan from their taping.

“Wala po silang pahinga. Sa lahat po nang pinuntahan, the Darna stars accommodated everybody. Kahit nasa 1,000 ang nagpa-picture at nagpa-autograph wala po silang tinanggihan. After po ng event, nag-dinner po sila then may lumapit po sa kanila para magpapa-picture and magpapa-sign.

“Inaccommodate po ang female guest who was with Tita Aster (Amoyo), hindi po siya matanda. Mga nasa 40s daw po. The female guest gave Marian three copies of their magazines. Yung 2 mags cover photo ang Darna and yung isa, ang cover photo raw ay si Dingdong (Dantes) at Rhian (Ramos). Marian declined to accept the third magazine politely. Hindi po itinapon o inihagis. Inabot po ni Marian pabalik sa female guest yung magazine. Nung makita ng mga nakapaligid kung bakit, nagkatawanan na lang kasi ibang show nga po yun,” buong kuwento ng isang malapit sa Darna star. Pinabulaanan ng GMA Network na merong binastos na matandang tagahanga si Marian nu’ng magpapirma ito ng magazines sa dinner ng grupong nag-imbita sa kanya.

Ang kuwento, tatlong magasin ang dala ng taong lumapit kay Marian.

‘Yung dalawa ay siya ang cover bilang Darna at ‘yung ikatlo ay sina Dingdong Dantes at Rhian Ramos ang cover para sa Stairway To Heaven.

Magalang na isinoli ni Marian ‘yung magasin na hindi siya ang cover. Pero never niya itong ibinalik nang pahagis, huh! Wala raw ganoong pangyayari.

Sa totoo lang, hindi nga ininda nina Marian at Mark ang pagod sa biyahe nila patungong Japan. Mula sa taping, diretso na sila sa airport at pagdatingsa Japan, trabaho na agad sila!

Wala silang reklamo sa nagpa-picture at nagpa-autograph na mahigit 100 tao, huh! Ganoon sila ka-professional at pagkatapos, paninira pa ang mahihita nila! Kaloka, huh!

Naku, tigil-tigilan na nga ‘yang walang basehang paninira kay Marian, huh!

Samantala, may paglilinaw sa nasulat na may pinahiyang matanda si Marian sa pagbisita nila ni Mark Anthony sa Japan para i-promote ang Darna. Hindi totoong itinapon ni Marian ang magasin na cover sina Dingdong Dantes at Rhian Ramos at ’yung two magazines lang na cover siya ang tinanggap sa babaing may dala ng mga magasin.
Maayos na ipinaliwanag ni Marian sa babae na hindi niya matatanggap ang magasin dahil ibang show ang pinu-promote. Nagtawanan daw ang mga nakakita sa magasin na ibinalik ni Marian sa babae at sila ang makapagpapatunay na walang nangyaring ’di maganda. (by Nitz Miralles)

Ayaw tantanan ng intriga si Darna (Marian Rivera), huh?!
Kahit walang ginawa ay kung anu-ano ang ikinakalat ng mga detractor niya.
Sabagay, ganyan talaga ang nasa itaas at panay ang bato para mahulog pero hindi matitinag si Darna na sinusubaybayan ng marami.
Lalo pang lilipad ‘yan pataas!

There, that’s the story Alex. Before you start typing away your column, make sure you and your source get the story straight first. And try to use your common sense please.

Marian and Mark Anthony Fernandez were in Japan to promote Darna. That lady who wanted her STH promo signed knew that but she obviously had a different agenda. Or she’s just completely dense. No offense to Dingdong of course but I’m sure he understood the situation Marian was in. If that was an editorial/fashion mag of Dingdong alone on the cover, I’m pretty sure Marian would’ve gamely signed it. She and Dong do that a lot there in the Philippines. But for an STH promo, I mean c’mon, who’s disrespecting whom?

I am a Marian fan and im telling you how upsetting it is to read everytime there are fabricated stories making headlines against Marian. I know that is the the #1 star now in Pinas but i really dont think it is fair to Marian of being accused of false and fabricated stories all the time which is both damaging to her as a person and to her showbiz reputation…

I just hope that GMA and Popoy will do something about this.. Bakit nla hinahayan ang ibang mga bayarang tabloid na manunulat to make stories against Marian… It is not fair to Marian. This needs to stop and let them pay their dues.. bakit hindi edemanda ng GMA at Popoy itong bayarang manunulat?? Why cant they stand for Marian the same way that ABS stand and fought for their talents like what the kapamilya did for Sam Milby and Piolo Pascual….

So for your talents sake GMA and Popoy, please wag na nating hayaan na basta nalang bastosbastosin si Marian at pinaglalaruan sa mga tabloids.. Its not fair to her bec she gave her heart, blood, and sweat just to Make Kapuso Network # 1.. Marian never complained, kahit ang payat2x na nya kasi sa sobrang ngarag na sa work, pero look at her – she gives her best in everything she does and she always have this lovely smile kahit gaano pa kapagot…

Mahal ka namin Marian, if di ka kayang ipagtanggol ng Network at Manager mo – dont worry coz kami nlang mga fans na nagmamahal sa yo ang magtatanggol para syo…

GMA and Popoy should do something and demand an apology letter from Alex or better yet bring this Alex to Court…

Hope GMA and Popoy will defend Marian the same way that ABS is doing to its star like Sam and Piolo…

Hirap din kasi, parang binabastos na masyado si Marian ng mga bayarang writters. They fabricate stories against Marian that is already damaging Marian’s reputation. though kahit na in the end napapatunayan din na gawa2x lang ng mga tabloid bayarang manunulat ito.. Pero kawawa naman si Marian. After all the hardwork, at kahit hindi na nga sya natutulog at ang payat na nya dahil sa sobrang dami ng work, pero you never heard na nagreklamo sya..

Marian keeps on doing her best kahit ang daming gustong pabagsakin saya at gagawin lahat para lang maapakan sya. But look at Marian, kahit kelan hindi sya nag salita ng masama against sa mga taong gumawa at patuloy na gumagawa ng masama sa kanya.

Hope ang GMA and Popoy will do something at demanda na yang mga sinungaling na manunulat. They should show Marian her importance kasi the fact is, GMA and POPOY are both #1 Network and #1 Talent Manager bec of Marian…..

This is the very reason why despite all the “paninira” Marian remains Numero Uno. She just quietly do her job well, keep her mouth shut and maintain her very pretty and angelic smile. Tingin ko tuloy, after every bad publicity, nadadagdagan ang nagmamahal sa kanya. I agree that GMA & Popoy must do something also about these dubious “writers” kuno. But how can we expect GMA to do these when part of those bad publicities were done by people from their own network who are against Marian, di ba. Well, just asking? Anyway, siguro the best thing we, who love Marian so much, do is continue to pray for emotional & physical strength for her na lang.

i believe marian enjoys the support of all sensible people committed to the truth, people who value what is good. even if gma and popoy are not lifting a finger to defend her , people a formidable force, all over the world who love marian, will always be behind her and ready for her.sad to note that despite a diamond mine in her as a gma talent, the network is always late if at all supportive of her. many a times she was maligned by nega write-ups from uncredible members of the press but did gma openly come to her rescue? i think it’s time for marian with the help of mr. t. to look for greener pastures. she has all that could make a network shine out.gma i think it’s high time to really show that you treasure marian. don’t allow other nets to grab her away fro you. wherever she is her million fans will follow.

It’s clear Brosas, Carrasco, Fermin, Sucaldito, and their ilk are riding on the popularity of Marian on purpose. In what way? They really love to weave damaging stories against Marian with the expectation of getting a deluge of reactions and backlach from her fans, albeit adverse. Their fabricated story would then become a hot topic of discussion among fans, showbiz insiders, and onlookers alike….but wait the source gets also a much-wanted publicity as the the article swirl around and spark a gossip extravaganza. Boomm….they hit the mark!!! they get instant popularity and at the same time earn their bread and butter…at the expense of Marian.

It’s good to know that there are people who love dongyan…esp marian in this issue particularly.Kudos to all the efforts shown in all forms para ipaalam sa mga ingiteros na Marian deserves to stay in the business of making people happy and to be trusted w/ good credentials,simplicity and transparency.Just like every hero in form of a parent/child in the context of filipino family.Kaya naman people also overseas like me from Singapore looks forward to her endevours and hopefully a fair play in being recognized as one of the talented acress.Let me just say that she deserves to be nominated in the Star Awards for Babaeng hinugot sa aking tadyang if they say na her former projects is not considered original pinoy except for dyesebel.I can say she loves her job as an actress and she gives all her best w/out complain kahit na we saw her name being dragged in the publicity of other shows specifically the Stairway recently up to the time na patapos na SELOS…gasgas na gasgas

Keep smiling dongyan…we believe in ur causes also to help our fellow pinoys at sana the fans pinas/overseas ay laging maging supportive i guess naman the hearts of pinoys that have been captivated by dingdong and marian will keep watching them to stay in Showbizness as an example to our kababayans… as a changed society of new artistas who works and love the job just like any other citizen who wanted a good life that is achieved w/ hardwork coupled dedication and the aim to give the best not just to be recognized but most importantly is to give a smile and inspiration w/out hipocrisy and that’s the way i see Marian as a newbie in Showbizness na baon ang mga karanasan ng isang ordinaryong tao totoo at galing sa mabuting pamilya..educated,independent and willing to learn at all times.. yan ang 1 artista na dapat makita sa showbizness at emulate lalu na ng mga kabataan ngayon…she is not perfect…but i believe in the values she grew up w/ as a daughter who respects her parents and a family in her grandmother she was molded to be responsible and loving.
