Claudine Barretto’s Project In GMA 7

Since it was reported yesterday that Claudine Barretto left her home network (ABS-CBN) of 17 years, there is an overflowing of news about it today. Some fans are still getting used to the idea because some of them are into this network exclusivity crap. We’ve always believed in being loyal to the Celebrities, not the networks. Anyhoooo, reports have also come out what kind of project Claudine will be doing first on GMA 7.

Isang TV show na mala-Maalaala Mo Kaya ang format ng isa sa mga show na gagawin ni Claudine sa GMA-7 sa January next year at may show pa sila ng mister niyang si Raymart Santiago.
Sabi ni Claudine sa pagiging Kapuso niya: “Naninibago ako, pero una sa nararamdaman ko ay excitement. Excited ako dahil magagandang project ang nakahilera para sa akin at makakasama ko pa ang asawa ko.” (SOURCE)

Sounds good to me. I’m glad that GMA 7 is recognizing what a talented dramatic actress Claudine is by doing a Magpakailanman or MMK themed show. Claudine also has comedy under her belt with Home Along Da Riles and that other show she did with Aga Muhlach. I’m guessing comedy will be the genre of the show she’ll be doing with Raymart.

Speaking of Raymart, I think he’s a happy husband right now, don’t you think so too? Now he’ll be working with his wife and are in one network together. Anyhoooo, I’m crossing my fingers that GMA 7 will create a show for Claudine & Marian. That would certainly be a dream come true for all of us here at Filipinas In Showbiz. . I wouldn’t be surprised though if they do a TVC for Knorr Real Sarap together soon since they’re both endorsers along with Raymart as well.
