DARNA Recap : November 16th, Monday

Narda couldn’t tell Consuelo the truth about her being Darna so she said she stopped loving Eduardo for a while now. She just didn’t have the courage to break his heart. But of course, we all know Narda was once again lying. Although she was lying,

I’m kinda glad she didn’t blabber that info out to Consuelo. Narda is smart to feel cautious around her. You never know what Consuelo would do with that info once she finds out, yah know?  Anyhoo, Consuelo said if that’s how Narda feels then she made the right decision. If only that was true. *Sigh*

Valentina gave Eduardo something to make him be a monster like her. With that Eduardo could read minds. It wouldn’t be long before Eduardo becomes a full-blown monster like Valentina. Serphina disagrees with her sister. She and Impy insisted it’s Zandro she should look for. Valentina got pissed at both of them so she left the cave.

At Hospicio, Watson informed Narda that Eduardo was missing. He found the flowers he was supposed to give Narda. After Watson left, Narda and Ding went out to search for Eduardo. They met Valentina instead.

Valentina was of course happy to meet her childhood friend again. With her new power she sought out to hurt Narda and Ding by throwing 2 snakes at their direction. A guy (played by Dennis Trillo) rescued them by shooing the snakes. Valentina got mad at him so her focus went to him. Narda couldn’t let that happen so she transformed into Darna to fight Valentina.

Darna and Valentina had a huge fight. Valentina thought Darna should mind her own business of course but she was happy to show Darna her new powers with the help of her skull cane. Darna was able to defend herself with her newfound powers, defense and speed. But because the guy stood there to watch Darna and Valentina fought, he was used by Valentina to throw off Darna’s game. Valentina was able to get away. Darna was a little miffed at the guy who save Ding and Narda. Ding found him a little arrogant. He heard Narda talk about the Hospicio and Narda’s name which he recognized right away. Narda Arkanghel is a familiar name to the guy because he also used to live at the Hospicio. He was Narda’s childhood friend as well. He showed up about the time Eduardo was adopted by Dr. Morgan. It was him who made Narda laugh while Eduardo was away. His name is Pancho. Narda and Pancho were happy top see each other, while Ding was surprised that they knew each other.

Narda, Ding, and Pancho went to the Hospicio.  Pancho told Narda he’s a cop now and he’s there to save San Martin from their troubles. Ding adamantly said Darna could take care of it. Pancho said it wouldn’t hurt to have some help.  Ding thought Pancho’s arrogance would be squashed by Ms. Perfecta but he was wrong.

As soon as Ms. Perfecta saw Pancho her snotty personality disappeared. Pancho charmed his way into Ms. Perfecta’s life. He is the only one who made the old lady smile. Not only that, Ms. Perfecta was dancing with Pancho. The side of Ms. Perfecta that Ding had never seen. He watched in bewilderment while Narda watched in amusement at Ding’s face.

While Darna and Valentina were fighting, Impy encouraged Serphina to save Eduardo while Valentina was still away. Serphina didn’t know how. Impy suggested to bite Eduardo’s wrist. That’s how Valentina used to save people. Maybe she has the same power like Valentina.

So Serphina did and surprisingly, it worked. So Serphina has the ability so save people as well. She can also transform into a snake. Valentina was pissed when she didn’t find Edaurdo in the cave. She knew right away who helped him out. She went back outside to search Serphina who was running away with Eduardo. Once they got far away from the cave Serphina told Eduardo to leave and never come back. Eduardo thanked the little girl and gave her a kiss on the cheek. Serphina felt something with that kiss. O Ow. 

Eduardo got home and hurriedly told his father that Valentina is alive. They need to get out of there before Valentina finds them. He’ was sure that Valentina will pay them a visit sometime. Dr. Morgan took advantage of the situation by saying he knows how Eduardo could fight Valentina and save Narda. He just needs to agree to be experimented for months. Once Dr. Morgan is down. Eduardo can fight Valentina equally, save himself, his father, San Martin and most especially, Narda.

Valentina found Serphina and proclaimed that she needed to be punished for helping Eduardo escape. Let5’s just say Valentina has gone mad….
