
It’s time to learn how to make slow-cooked salmon. who else would teach us how to make it but none other Marian Rivera and Chef Boy Logro in this Thursday’s episode of Kusina Master. Pay attention to the Food and Cooking 411 from Marian and Chef Boy. Their tandem is really cute and of course, Marian looked chic in her floral turtleneck top and wide maxi pants.
Thanks to Chef Boy for that tip on cooking the salmon filet. Sideways huh? That totally makes sense. I usually do it skin-side down first, cover the pan, cook for 8 minutes, flip then just cook the other side 5 minutes or so. I’m going to try Chef Boy’s technique next time. Kudos to Marian on imparting that ginger on fish trivia.












Hmmmm….looks yummy nga. I usally cook my salmon with just the prepared Salmon steak spice with butter instead of olive oil. This one is closer to our Filipino taste and I bet its tastier. I will make it this weekend partnered with tossed salda in this hot summer weekend….it may be another record breaking. Marian is so beautiful and fresh. Lucky Dong to have her cooking for his favourite meals.
