Remember the news about the axing of GMA 7′s Sunday’s showbiz talk show Showbiz Central. The last day is approaching really fast. July 29th to be exact. So I took a gander and guessed that there are 2 possible singer/actress that has the clout and stature in Filipino showbiz as well as the talent and being comfortable in gabbing/talking, to be given a talkshow that could replace the 5 yr old Showbiz Central. I didn’t exactly spell it out but I gave the initials R, and J. R for Regine Velasquez, and J for Jaya.

I guess I might be right in guessing Regine Velasquez coz according to a few showbiz sites that I’ve read, the Asia’s Songbird is coming back on TV with a show called “HOT TV“ which is a lifestyle, magazine, and showbiz talk show. It’s also been reported that Regine will be joined by Roderick Paulate and the 2 Showbiz Central hosts that are being retained to join the new show, Raymond Gutierrez and Jennylyn Mercado.
