GMA 7′s 1st Protege winner has finally released her 1st self-titled album, Krizza. The album with 11 tracks was released by Krizza’s Protege Mentor Aiza Seguerra under her Blackbird Music label and distributed by Universal Records(PH). If you’re asking why GMA 7′s own GMA Records didn’t release it since Krizza is a winner of their SINGING competition after all, well, from what I’ve gathered in my google searches to answer this particular question, the prizes of the reality singing competition were cash and a contract with GMA Artist Center. So technically and legally speaking, GMA Records has no obligation to produce the winner of GMA 7′s singing talent search an album. BOOM!
