As if the courts are not busy enough with the charges filed left and right against Ananbelle Rama and Nadia Montenegro by each other, there’s also Amalia Fuentes filing her own lawsuit against Annabelle, then there’s Ara Mina’s own suit against her sister Cristine Reyes, and whatever else is going on between The Santiago’s versus The Tulfo’s. Here comes news about Jodi Sta Maria possibly joining the list of celebrity lawsuits by suing Iwa Moto. The latter has made a lot of noise in TV5′s Paparazzi lately implicating Jodi in Iwa’s break up with ex-boyfriend Mickey Ablan who is now with Janna Dominguez who used to be really good friends with Iwa.

Much of that noise is Iwa’s “revelation” that the supposed affair between Mickey and Jodi happened while the latter was still married with Pampi Lacson who is now dating Iwa. Effin’s Irony, I know…

“Ang sakit na yung hinahangaan mo yun pa yung taong mananakit sa iyo.
“Tapos yung time na po yun, umamin na rin po sa akin si Mickey.”

So, kahit nag-deny si Jodi ay umamin pala si Mickey?
“Opo, at may mga proof… kahit naman po hindi umamin si Mickey, may mga pruweba po e, na nakuha ko po before at hanggang ngayon tinatago ko lang din para hindi na lumaki ang lahat.”

TIME TO SPEAK UP. Diumano’y nagkukonsulta raw si Jodi tungkol sa relasyon ni Iwa kay Pampi ngayon. Ano ang masasabi ni Iwa rito?
“Sige magkonsulta lang siya. Alam kong wala akong tinatapakan na tao. Dumating ako sa buhay ni Pampi, wala na sila.
“At saka nagkakilala kami ni Pampi two years ago. Tinawagan ko si Pampi, inaaway ko si Pampi.
“Sinabi ko sa kanya, bakit ganyan yung asawa mo? Ano ang nangyari? Nakakagulat lang kasi alam din pala niya.

“Alam ni Pampi ang lahat ng nangyayari. Nananahimik lang siya kasi iniisip niya pa rin yung kapakanan nung bata, na kahit nagkakalat na yung babae, ayaw niya pa ring maging masama yun sa paningin ng anak niya.”

Hindi na raw kinakaya ni Iwa ang mga nangyayari at lumalabas na balita.
“Kaya lang sobra na e. Ako na yung inapi, ako na yung siniraan dati, ako pa ang lumalabas na masama. Kaya ako nagsasalita.”

Because of Iwa’s explosive statements and even challenging Jodi to sue her, some sectors are actually hoping Jodi would take Iwa to court. Should Jodi do that and watch Iwa put her foot in her mouth or just ignore the girl as if she doesn’t exist? Iwa has essentially tried to ruin Jodi’s reputation as a wife to Pampi and a mother to their son but is Iwa telling the truth? She seems very brave about the whole thing. Bear in mind, she’s now going out with Jodi’s [ex]-husband. Why am I thinking about conspiracy theories right now? There’s just something to this whole partner-switching-dance thing that’s making my brain think about different scenarios. Seriously, I should be a teleserye writer, Hah. I could title this whole sordid story, A Woman Scorned, haha.

Anyhoooooooo, do you think Jodi would sue Iwa? A little bit more prodding from a few people and I have a feeling she might.
