Here’s the video from the story conference of Dingdong Dantes‘ upcoming movie with Angelica Panganiban, Zanjoe Marudo, and Angel Locsin, under Star cinema. This movie is the 2nd collaboration movie between Star Cinema and Dingdong Dantes. The first one was Segunda Mano which was shown during 2011 MMFF with Kris Aquino and where Dingdong earned a Best Actor award and nominations in various award giving bodies as well.
And for the record, Dingdong said Marian is supportive of his movie, and vise-versa.
MARIAN’S SUPPORT. Speaking of Marian, nabanggit na ba ni Dingdong sa girlfriend ang tungkol sa bago niyang pelikula, lalo na’t medyo maselan ang magiging tema nito?.
“Of course,” sagot niya. “In fact, she’s very supportive of it. “Ganyan naman kami sa mga kanya-kanya naming projects, e—we support each other. “Dahil sa totoo naman, kumukuha kami ng lakas sa isa’t isa.”
Wala rin daw problema kay Marian ang bagong leading ladies ni Dingdong na sina Angelica Panganiban at Angel Locsin; kagaya ng pakikipagpareha ni Marian sa ibang mga aktor.
Dagdag ni Dingdong, “You know what, sa liit ng industriya, you will really come to a point na makakatrabaho mo at mae-encounter mo ang ibang artista. “And I think, this is the time na mangyayari yun, and it’s a job, and someone just has to do it.” (source)

There’s no confirmation on the title of the movie. Marian mentioned the movie during TFMS press conference. They’ll start after she gets back from her Pinoy TV event in NY and Canada this coming June.
I hope that it will be great like Tarot, Super Inday & Panday!

thanks for this, dj! nabosesan ko yung isang reporter dyan na hilig gawing slant ng mb noon ang hubad. hulaan mo anong tanong nya dito. ruel bayani opened the storycon framing the movie into a kind of steve mcqueen-like tale, but count on some to bring it down to hubad. good of angelica to handle questions gamely and knowledgeably, you can tell she’s a pro. zanjoe and dd are game too, but both look SPENT. (sabay kagagaling lang daw pala nila sa kimmy, parang pinalitan lang daw ng 2 angel yung 2 uge, haha! and awww, ngaragan!)
per tweets, this will be dd’s sexiest role yet. so will that he’ll be playing some kind of genius, billionaire, playboy, philanthropist?

Viw, yup, noticed that and I’m glad Angelica is one of those kikay celebs who can pick it up and come back with wit and humor instantly. I know another celeb who could do that just as well. I think her name is Marian Rivera. *wink*. My gosh these girls should do a movie together.. LOL. Ooops.. off tangent, but good idea, no?
In the interviews they all said the “sexy” mostly comes from the story plot. And Zanjoe was quick to say the story is the star not the celebs per se. DD can be all of the above that you mentioned

well there’s that talk dd had with derek’s manager. rivals daw ang thrust eh. if yan and angel are game, that’s pair vs pair. pwedeng girls vs boys or couple vs couple. if the latter happens, this should be some outstanding, outlandish, keeping up with the joneses kind of satire!
